What's Fitbit's warranty?

Customer Support can answer questions and provide troubleshooting assistance for your Fitbit device. If your device is found to be defective within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement. For our full warranty terms and conditions, see https://www.fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.

An extended warranty called the Fitbit Protection Plan is available for purchase with select Fitbit products purchased in the United States from fitbit.com. This plan increases the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years and covers accidental damage. For the full extended warranty policy, see https://www.fitbit.com/content/docs/store/fitbit_protection_terms.pdf.

How do I return my Fitbit device?

For countries that have products available through the fitbit.com store, purchases are covered by our return policy. You can return products purchased from Fitbit for a refund within 45 days of shipment. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you purchased your Fitbit device or accessory elsewhere, contact the retailer to find out the return policy.

Customers in the United States can initiate a return with our return tool. Customers in other countries should contact Customer Support for help.

For our full return policy, see https://www.fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.
